It seems the Electorate of Hessen(-Kassel) is missing in this list.
From what I understand, it was at first decided that Hessen-Kassel would become a Duchy but as this would mean that the junior line of Hessen-Darmstadt (later Hessen und bei Rhein) would outrank them as it was a Grandduchy, the Head of the Hessen-Kassel family opted for keeping his title as Elector, despite that being an empty title with the demise of the Holy Roman Empire.
Only in 1866 did the Kurfürstentum Hessen cease to exist after betting on the wrong (Austrian) horse against Prussia. As a result it was annexed by Prussia. Previous Message

When Bismarck consolidated the German royal entities into an empire, it consisted of many royal ruled members. Among them being the Empire with its national government in Berlin. Then, there were several member kingdoms and several that were grand duchies. Were there duchies and other lesser royal monarchies included?
How did you find out about the kingdoms and grand duchies but not the other constituent monarchies?
