José pointed you to a very comprehensive list of CIX. It took me only a few minutes to delete out the people NOT descended from both him and Victoria, leaving me with the list you were looking for. Not everything is ready-made for you, sometimes you have to do a little work for yourself.

I know that there are comprehensive lists of individual genealogies. What I'm interested in knowing are all persons descended from BOTH (e.g. the sovereigns of the UK, Norway, Denmark, and Spain). Or perhaps it would be easier to list those descended from only one (e.g. the king of Sweden descends from Victoria but not Christian; the sovereigns of Belgium and Luxembourg descend from Christian but not Victoria).

It would be interesting to see expanded lists including those who are not reigning or royal.

Marlene koenig has published 2 books on Queen Victoria Descendants.
For obvious reasons, it is difficult to keep them up to date.
