"Minor royals" is usually applied to distant relatives, in case, could be the Gloucesters or the Kents.
Considering you wrote about Pr.Alexander of Serbia, I guess that by "minor royals" you meant heads of non-ruling houses.

At Prince Philip's memorial service there was an abundance of pictures of attending royals among them being the Crown Prince of Serbia. Were their other minor royals? Albania or Montenegro for instance?
