It's well known that King George V of Great Britain and Czar Nicholas II of Russia, first cousins through their mothers, resembled each other so much that oftentimes, their own relatives had trouble in telling which was which. Of course, when they were together, it wasn't too hard; but when they were apart, it was tough.
What other royals who were cousins (whether first, second, etc.) resembled each other so strikingly? When it comes to close relatives (e.g. parents or siblings), you expect this. But when it comes to more distant relatives, it's unusual and unexpected.
