Enlarging the photo you would read
1st line of the legend Duke of Genoa aka Pr. Tommaso of Savoy, man on the left, then it reads Duchess of Genoa - Pss Elisabeth of Bavaria, who seems to be lady seated on the left.
Infanta Eulalia of Spain - lady seated on the right and Prince Luis of Spain, (her son) young man standing between 2 men on the right.
2nd line: Princess Clara of Bavaria - 1st lady standing on the left; Princess Lodovico Ferdinando - that's Infanta Paz of Spain, seated in the middle, Princess Alfons of Bavaria - Louise d'Orléans, standing behind Infanta Eulalia, finally Pr. Alfons of Bavaria, man on the right.
3rd line: Pr. Lodovico Ferdinando of Bavaria (Ludwig-Ferdinand) 2nd man on the left, Pss. Pilar of Bavaria, 2nd lady from left, Pss Elvira of Bavaria, 4th lady standing, Duke of Vendôme, man with top hat.
4th line Pr. Conrad of Bavaria, 3rd man from left and Prinsess Gisela of Bavaria could only be Archduchess Gisela of Habsburg (F.Josef and Sisi's daughter) married to Pr. Leopold of Bavaria, the lady with hat .
The print is very small, and not everybody is identified; plus, the names and persons are not perfectly aligned. That's why I was confused ... but I think I can recognize some of them. The photo would have to have been taken sometime after 1891, since that was the year Prince Alfons of Bavaria married Princess Louise of Orléans.
