I believe the family of King Leopold III of the Belgians and his first wife, born Princess Astrid of Sweden, was the last European royal family whose members all sat on thrones. When was the last time such a thing happened, before them? I know that there have been many families with multiple sovereigns; but the likelihood of ALL the members being crowned is not very high, if the royal family is a large one.
As it was, all four persons in the family of King Maximilian II of Bavaria and consort, born Princess Marie of Prussia, became sovereigns -- at least in name -- and if you will, with the qualification of Majesty (Princess Josephine-Charlotte of Belgium was born a Royal Highness and remained one, even after becoming the consort of Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg).
What are other examples of families where each member was eventually styled as King/Queen, and a Majesty? Or, to broaden the question, became a sovereign of some sort?
