Where i doubt if the Princess of Orange will ever reign as Queen Catharina-Amalia (im guessing Queen Amalia seems more likely) other Queens were always known by their double name: Ulrika Eleonora is one Maria Theresia is another one. As for your question yes Carl XVI Gustaf is one option but the current King of the Netherlands is not Willem IV Alexander but Willem-Alexander. If you want other examples think of Louis-Philippe, Juan Carlos or Franz Joseph. All used their full double name as their regnal name.
Is she the only queen regnant in history with two names? What if a future queen of Sweden chose to reign as Ulrika Christina? Would she be Ulrika II Christina? I would imagine so, since the present king has Carl XVI Gustaf as his regnal name: one presumes that the same logic would apply to an hypothetical queen regnant with two names.
Ulrika (Sweden)
Her regnal name was Ulrika Eleonora.
