Of course Wikipedia is not the most reliable source. I'm pretty sure that second line stopped after Duchess of Saxony. The rest of those titles were only held by the reigning Dukes (and their wives). Family members were simply Prince/ss of Saxe-whatever, Duke/Duchess of Saxony.
Wikipedia can be a good starting point though and point one in the right direction . These titles were all used on Prince Albert’s Garter stall plate. As we know, German titles typically descend perpetually in the male line and are shared by all agnates (even if some are not in use; cf. princes of Denmark, Greece, etc as Heirs to Norway, Dukes of Schleswig, Holstein, etc).
