The present members by birth of the former Imperial Family of Austria are all male-line descendants of the eldest daughter of the very last original Habsburg male, they are basically the second House of Habsburg while also composing the entirety of the House of Lorraine (hence, Habsburg-Lorraine).
No one declared house names before, they just “happened” as a matter of genealogy. If it weren’t an established notion that house membership has descended through the male line automatically then there wouldn’t need to be explicit decrees in more recent generations to alter or set house names.
Anyway, the question was about agnatic relatives marrying in recent times; the archduchess of Austria and her prince of Parma are not agnates.
