The island of Sark belongs to the autonomous Balliwick of Guernsey (British Crown property), but with its own government, being chiefed by the Seigneur, a heridarity position in the Beaumont family. Christopher Beaumont, born February 4, 1957 is the 23rd Seigneur of Sark. He doesn't have much power, contrary to the Seigneurs of the past.

Is this island owned by a family or person? If so, what title do they have and how are they addressed? Are they considered to be reigning monarchs?
