Stephen of Blois did only have one living son - William of Boulogen - at his death in 1154.
And he died childless himself in 1159 and was succeeded in his possesions by his sister and her husband. However, he had several cousins, sons of the brothers of Stephen of Blois, all male-line grandsons of Adela of Normandy and England.
One or more of them surely would have contested the succession to England of Marie of Boulogne and chaos would have ensued yet again
