As i stated the title is a Luxembourgian noble title and not the same as the style of Prince de Parme that the main line of the dynasty has.
In that sense the male line descendants of Felix are HRH prince(ss) de Bourbon de Parme like all male line descendants of Carlos Hugo are part of the Dutch nobility with the same title and style. That means that HRH prince Hugo de Bourbon de Parme, a son the current titular duke of Parma and Piacenza conceived before his marriage is part of the Dutch nobility but is not a dynast for the Parma branch of the House of Bourbon. Yes, I worded it awkwardly; but I did say that until the said daughters all died, the members of the reigning grand duchy of Luxembourg were not also members of the former duchy of Parma.
Charlotte became one only by marriage; then the male-line descendants were born into it. However, I heard that they ceased to use the Bourbon title after the marriage in 1981 of the current sovereign, because the then-head (Duke Charles, ex-husband of Princess Irene of the Netherlands) did not approve the union.
I don't believe Grand Duke Henri's children or nieces and nephews through his brothers are styled as princes and princesses of Bourbon-Parma ... Previous Message
The daughters of Guillaume IV could not be styled as princesses of Parma as they were all Grandducal Highnesses princesses of Luxembourg and princesses of Nassau-Weilburg.
