Yes, I realize this fact: indeed, a combination of the absence of such a law (demanding *equality*) and the reigning status (meaning that as enthroned houses, they can easily change rules, if rules defining marital standards exist at all) will make it very easy for the reigning monarchies to accept untitled commoners, as dynastic spouses.
the problem is that many of the remaining monarchies never had a legal requirement for an equal marriage. The UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco are all countries that had no requirement for an equal marriage.
Im not sure but Norway might be another nation where there was no legal requirement either.
