I could think of several who have married members of formerly reigning houses, but in terms of marrying princes or princesses of houses which were reigning at the time of the marriage, besides the unambiguous US born and raised Princess Grace of Monaco, I could only think of three cases which all have caveats:
Nancy Leeds (Wasn't Prince Christopher in exile when he married her, even if King Alexander was nominally reigning in Greece?)
Christopher O'Neill (who is a dual UK-US citizen born in London, and has, of course, not been made a prince by his father-in-law)
Wallis Simpson (Her husband had abdicated in order to marry her and she was denied royal status)
Are there other examples of born and raised Americans marrying members of European reigning houses and acquiring royal/pincely status? I would be surprised if there are not, but I can't think of any at the moment.
