I'm surprised about Princess Crown Princess Amalia of the Netherlands, since she's not even Catholic. For young girls, then, religion seems irrelevant ... I was unaware of the age factor, so this is something new I'm learning.
Come to think of it, I have a vague recollection of seeing a photo of Madeleine as a little girl dressed in white, in the presence of Pope Saint John Paul II. I didn't think much of it at the time, since I wasn't aware of the exact dress code for papal events. Previous Message
Young girls also wear white once they become teenagers they go to black.
Both Alexandra and Amelie have worn white with the pope.
