The Benelux Royals Message Board: State visits during the Spring

The Dutch royal couple will pay a state visit to Vietam in March 2024. Further details will be announced later. I don´t think there has been any state visits between the two countries previously - Queen Beatrix never visited as far as I know - but the royal couple paid an official visit to Vietnam while heirs, back in 2011.

There have also been rumours in the press that King Felipe and Queen Letizia will pay a state visit to the Netherlands, I have seen a date in Aprll mentioned, but nothing has been confirmed.
Former state visits between the countries were in previous reigns, Queen Beatrix and Prince Claus paid a state visit to Spain in October 1985, while King Juan Carlos and Queen Sophia paid state visits to Queen Juliana in March 1980, and to Queen Beatrix in October 2001.

No state visits announced yet from Belgium or Luxembourg.
