Beatrix tests positive for Covid

Our former queen returned home from a special visit to Curacao (one of the countries making up the Kingdom of the Netherlands) on monday and later this week started to have symptoms of a mild cold. The 83 year old Royal tested positive for Covid but is doing well and self isolates at home: Drakensteyn Castle.

On Tuesday her granddaughter the Princess of Orange turns 18 years old on Wednesday the young princess will be installed as a member of the State Council where she will hold her first public speech.
