I guess any specialist in Constitutional Law would not have any problem in establishing that the the quotation "children and grandchildren of the King" refers to the acting King, Philippe, and not to the emmerit one, Albert II, in spite that he maintains his title.
As someone posted, he is no longer THE King.
So, under the present Constitution, a daughter of Pss Eleonore with Mr Jean Toutlemonde would still be a princess ?
Does the Constitution specifies the present King, or the king reigning in 2015 ?
Could a child of Pss Esmeralda (daughter of a reigning King) claim the title of Prince ?
