Interesting. That is the exact same time that President and Mme. Macron will be paying a state visit to the US (incidentally the first incoming state visit of the Trump presidency). The State Department's office coordinating visiting dignitaries will have their work cut out for them that week! (Obviously not while TM are at the UN, but the other parts of their trip will presumably fall to the State Department.)
