And, as he did for the past 33 years, our fellow poster Oscar (and his 'partner in crime' in royal matters, Els Moraal) was the 'early bird' at the very best spot to see the royal procession driving by, near Palace Noordeinde and an obvious and welcome 'target' for all journalists who are making their reports for various channels
