The dress-code was black tie and the three-course dinner consisted of salmon tompouce with smoked trout, a steak and a hazelnut-merengue tartlet.
The eldest guest turned 100 yesterday! Also a Dutch citizen living in Canada 'made the cut' and flew to The Netherlands for this special dinner.
