Very sorry to hear this and hope Queen Paola has professional nurses to help her ! Her first accident happened in the bathroom and we all know how slippery floors etc. can be tricky, especially when one is a bit advanced in age as well.
Hopefully the op. today will go well and the Queen will be monitored carefully during the weeks/months afterwards!
