The children born from the sibling of the monarch are no longer HRH of the Netherlands or Orange-Nassau in the Netherlands: Margriet's sons are HH Prince of Orange-Nassau (non-hereditary) and Constantijn's and Friso's only have comital titles (hereditary) of Orange-Nassau.
If you would translate that to Lux Felix and Louis children would only be counts of Nassau.
