Yes, you're absolutely right ! For some reason or other the more private journey to Indonesia by Juliana & Bernhard is what I remember most of pics & tv reels but they did pay a State Visit to Indonesia indeed 
In 1970 President Sukarno paid a State Visit to the Netherlands and there were many special security restrictions for press & public during this State Visit.
