as Princess Léa was born as Léa Inge Dora Wolman on 2 December 1951 in Etterbeek, part of Brussels, as the daughter and only child of Sigismund Wolman and Lisa Bornstein.
In 1975 she married Serge Victorovich Spetschinsky by whom she has a daughter Laetitia born in 1976, who is married and has a son and a daughter.
After the divorce in 1980, Léa remarried Roberto Bichara in 1982. A son Renaud was born the next year in 1983. Also this marriage ended in divorce.
On 14 March 1991, she married a third time and in secret Prince Alexander of Belgium, son of King Leopold III and Princess Lilian. The ceremony was kept secret and took place in Debenham, Suffolk, Great Britain. Only in 1998 with the wedding of Prince Alexander's sister Princess Esmeralda, it became public the couple were married 7 years earlier. A late wedding party took place in September 1998 at the castle of Corroy-le-Château near Namur, castle in the posession of Marquis Olivier de Trazegnies,good friend of Prince Alexander, and his family.
Prince Alexander died very suddenly on 29 November 2009 at home in Sint-Genesius Rode/Rhode Saint Genèse.
