You should know that both D.Duarte and the Duke of Parma are cousins, descending from two of D.Miguel I's children - D.Miguel II and Infanta D.Maria Antónia.
D.Duarte seems to have a good relation with his Parma cousins.
At Carlos's wedding, he sat on the first row with Q.Beatrix (I keep calling her Queen), her sisters and Carlos' aunts.
And last week end, D.Duarte "crashed" another wedding, in Cascais - the one of her cousin Maria Teresa Martorell Salgado, Pss Teresa d'Orléans Bragança's grand-daughter.
When will he learn, and stop annoying you
