Hello, all! i've had the pleasure of playing with a few of you all a little, and was told it might be good to post a little about my character here, seeing as how some find her a little confusing. The story behind casha is that she was born free... lead a nice free life... everything perfect and happy and free -smiles-.... her father was a poet with a really bad gambling problem. He got into a little trouble one day, and gave casha (age 12 at this point) to a man he owed a particularly lot of money to. her mother tried to buy her back when they had enough money, but the man refused, so she was stuck there. Although casha didn't mind that too much. The man was rich; she never actually saw her Master except maybe once or twice, and everything went all nice and smoothly as long as she did what was expected of her- she worked in the kitchens and in her free time got to eat what she wanted, socialize with the other slaves and the Free of the home, wear makeup and jewelry as she liked, and wore better clothes than she ever did when she was free. Years went by like this, and then oddly enough one day after having a little sleep over in the kitchens with some of her chain-sisters, they woke up and found everyone gone... just up and left! It was spur of the moment (possibly running from something?), and the five girls asleep in the corner of the kitchen were just forgotten... two girls went their seperate ways; casha took the two barbarians and went another way. After figuring out that no one had a clue what happened to the man that was her Master, she decided to head back to Lara, where her family was... on the way she sold both the barbarians and had her earrings ripped out because they were gold (the ripped ears being her only mark... she wasn't branded, nor given a collar that needed a key... she never left the house so it really wasn't needed). she found her way to the thassa exchange point, and has been camping out there ever since. she is NOT the barbie kind of slave.. she's not the bubbly, giggly, love everyone, will-hit-her-knees-in-an-instant type of girl. In fact, she doesn't even necessarily consider herself a slave yet, although that's how i'd like play to go. she's very stubborned and strong willed, and the goal of my play is to take this scared city girl and make her fit in to a role and place that she doesn't know yet she'll be happy in. she responds best to strong Women (she WILL resist a little, as most people do when coming to terms with the fact they're only property), and i'm very interested in just going with the flow of play whereever she ends up as long as it's understood that she's not the norm kind of slave... she'll give odd reactions, mess up, and push a little bit. Sorry for the long post, but that's just about the wrap-up of casha -smiles- be well!
