Like everything else in PClaw, the first consideration is realistic Panther roleplay - not OOC sensibilities to people's feelings, onlinisms, or how to keep more people. All of Gor is dictated by the latter considerations, but the former consideration is the reason for PClaw to exist. Because someplace on WebGor HAS to be like the Gor of the books.
Tthe fundamental principle of roleplay. Your brain processes sensory information and creates an artificial construct called reality. The brain can be fooled into interpreting roleplay as sensory information, and constructing a virtual reality. If you use the senses of body-position and the mind's eye, it is enough for the brain to construct a reality. Within that reality, we roleplay the emotions we actually feel in realtime while roleplaying. The key to finding your way into that reality is to visualize what you are doing and where you are, and to practice describing it in detail. Thus the two processes of visualization and description feed each other. You get better at both and the Lair becomes more real.
