Unfortunately the Egypt one has a couple possibilities though, honestly. And while it would be fantastic if it were Marc, it is not necessarily (and realistically, most likely isn't as Marc is hardly much of a major threat to nearly anyone other than himself)
It could very well be any of Akhenaten, En Sabah Nur (Apocalypse) or Anath-Na Mut (the Sphinx) - each of which have Avenger connections, and all of which are much, Much, MUCH bigger "threats" then Moon Knight could ever be, ya know...
I am personally leaning towards it being a reference to Akhenaten as he is the holder of the "Heart of the Universe" and that just happens to lead us right to Thanos; a guy we have already seen show up in the first Avengers movie. If that is the case, then we could very well even see an Akhenaten cameo in A2.
That said, a Sphinx reference would make perfect sense as well as he is the rumored baddie for the supposedly planned Nova film. That movie wouldn't be out till at least 2016 though, leading to Akhenaten being my first choice for the reference.
