During the Fist of Khonshu series, MK easily threw a desk through a wall (it was a false wall but the desk probably weighed around 150lbs and he tossed it like a javelin,) ripped the equivalent of a steel bank vault door from its hinges and snapped a pair of heavy steel chains. He was also nimble enough to dodge heavy machine gun fire at close range (granted the gun was fired from the hip by an overweight woman in her mid to late 30's, maybe early 40's.)
During his time with the West Coast Avengers, his strength stayed pretty consistent with the FoK series. However, the WCA performed most of their missions in broad daylight so he rarely got to show off his enhanced strength. On one occasion, while under the influence of several dozen full moons (thanks to some weird alien holodeck/teleporter thingy) Moon Knight easily wrecked a robot upgraded to be a match for the likes of Iron Man and Wonder Man putting his strength somewhere around class 80 by Marvel standards. That amount of power has never since been attributed to Moon Knight and it's unlikely he'll ever see that kind of strength again.
Early in his career (after being bitten by the Werewolf,) MK's strength was increased to slightly above peak human levels under the full moon, but that ability wore off after a few months. The silver lining his costume is believed to be what saved him from the curse of the werewolf's bite.

: his peak.
:
: So at his peak how much could he lift, how
: quick was he? Give some examples.
