It may not be Moon Knight related, yet I think the worst lack of research when writing a character, recently, happened with Second Coming, if you read the Cable series you knew what Hope was like, essentially a slightly more amiable female version of Cable, yet in Second Coming, she was portrayed in a manner that was nothing like that, even acting the opposite of how she should act.
