The picture that is on your opening page is not actually a picture of Zora Neala Hurston. In the new biography by Valerie Boyd there is a section a little after the middle that has sveral pictures of Zora and her friends. One of the pictures in the section is the one that you have on your site. Here is what the caption rads in the book: "The woman pictured at left has often been misidentified as Zora Neale Hurston. Her identity is unknown, according to Alan Lomax..." Just thought I would let you know
