Well I'm glad to see you can do your research online. Here's some more useful info, South Korea sent 320,000 troops compared to the 3 million the US sent, I guess considering South Korea is about 1/50 the size of the US, Sending 1/10 the amount of soldiers the US sent is a pretty good ratio. I'm not going to argue that the US has to be the "savior" all the time, I have, and still am, experiencing that first hand. But for you to downgrade a product simply because it's from a country you feel uses the US is wrong. You should instead be complaining to our Government through voting and civil means to express your concern.
During the rebuilding of their country from the mid 1950's through the late 1980's when South Korea finally experience an industrial revolution(over a hundred years after the US industrial revolution) the US supported South Korea by protecting their border. In return we, the US, pay less taxes on their imported goods than many other countries, and we also just reciently opend free trade with South Korea so that we can import more American products to their country. So for you to assume that this relationship is all one sided is ingnorant. Perhaps racist wasn't the proper term to use but it's damn close.
As for me being part of any problem, I am happy to say if supporting a relationship between the US and a country that has it's soldier serving right beside us, a country that was once weak and is now one of the most technilogically advanced in the world, a country where whenever A US SOLDEIR walks down the street and people, especially those who we alive during the Korean War, will walk up and shake your hand and thank you for your service then I'll continue to be a BIG Problem. Because thats more than any f***ing Iraqi, Saudi, or Afghani civilian has ever done.
