This friday night the police will conduct a checkpoint on Rt.60, in front of the Jefferson Fire Dept. (a.k.a.- The Badlands)
It will start around 9pm and end saturday morning around 3am. The main focus is looking for DUI's. But I'm sure they will also be paying attention to loud pipes and helmets, since the high volume of bike traffic on this stretch of road.
