Benny's has moved behind the Super 8 below the mall. My husband bought metatarsal workboots from there and had to return the original pair and the replacement pair because the heels came off. This first time we returned them, they told us if the replacement ones fell apart we would have to choose another boot. I don't now who the woman or guy was but they weren't thrilled with the return and yes we had the receipt and was within 60 days. Sure enough the same thing happened again. When we went back in we were told that they had discontinued that style boot because of that exact problem. They only had one other pair that would be allowed on the job site and only had one pair in his size. Thank God, I would hate to have been out of $250 because they only issue store credit and still have to go somewhere else to buy a pair of boots. And no, they were not going to make an exception if they did not have a boot in his size.
Oh well, live and learn.
P.S. There were much nicer the 2nd time around.
