ANY BIKER WHO THINKS THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT READ THIS
EXAMPLE. BUY A PAIR OF BOOTS TAKE IT BACK EVERY YEAR SAY ITS DEFECTIVE AND SHOULD GET A FREE REPLACEMENT KEEP DOING THIS 10 TIMES SOON YOUR FAVORITE STORE WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS.
