Oh yes! I'm aware of the "court cost" tagged onto EVERY citation, all the more reason to contest the ticket... The towing issue is why I mentioned to CARRY a helmet, so you can get the ticket then put the helmet on to avoid the hook! There are many different issues to address in defense of none compliance to the helmet law. I suggest addressing them one at a time in appeal after appeal... LJ
