And lets not forget that WV has farmed out the West Virginia Motorcycle Saftey Program to the MSF out in California. If the MSF had their way, we would all be wearing full face skid lids, bright yellow riding suits, and riding Goldwings with the airbag crash protection systems. We would all also have to re-test our riding skills (for a cost) every so many years. Untill this state can controll their own saftey programs, I doubt seriously we have much chance of becomming the Ride Free State that alot of us remember before the Gov. placed a 5 buck tax on every skid lid sold----and made it a law that we need one. When was that??? 1972??? Yea howdy!!!!!!!!!!!! Its all about money.
