I try not to remove many posts because I believe in freedom of speech (not just mine, but others as well), and I only ban someone as a last resort. As with most message boards, certain IP addresses can be banned; however, when a person signs on at several different IP's it's hard to ban each and every one of them. Over the past few years, Stormchaser has made yearly appearances to our board (as well as other boards I might add)from over 30 different IP addresses (many of which were banned by this board).
