I think he'll be okay. He's a pretty tough SOB. All reports say he's doing fine, he just can't race at all this year...
In a related tangent, congrats to Scott Wimmer for winning the Nationwide (aka Busch) race today and dedicating his win to Dick Trickle and Sonny Immerfall (an old school Wisconsin racer who passed away recently). Scott's one of the only guys I can cheer for in Nascar today. And he obviously knows his roots and was willing to acknowledge them in his post-race interview. And his uncle, the late Larry Detjens, was one of the best ever and one of Trickle's good buddies!
