Yes, I'd love to see Trickle make 1 more great run in a Busch race. But with reading these posts and then considering my own thoughts--
2. I don't have confidence that he can be competitive in a "1 shot deal" car- look at what T Labonte & Bill Elliott have done since they went to part time- NOTHING!- and they are much younger.
3. I have doubts that any car owner would give him a chance.
4. He's 64 now and has not raced at this level in 3 or 4 years. Seemingly nobody has asked him to either and the chances of that happening are disappearing, if not totally gone already.
