I would also check out Rivale's as Carlos is a great guy and works most of his dogs.

I have met 3 of his working dogs and they are the most stable dogs I have ever seen. Able to be around young children, relaxed and chilling to the field to work. There are several videos posted of carlos' dogs working as well as dogs he as bred.
I am not familiar with Fortissima so can not offer an opinion either way.
