Fortissima or other Working Dog Breeder?

Hello, I am looking for a true working Cane Corso with strong Italian decent. I have been communicating with Fortissima Kennels(maybe something out of enzo) and a few others. If anyone has anything good to say or bad to say please help me make the right decision as I am looking for an intelligent dog from a respectable breeder!! I am doing my research and hope to get a great dog. Thank you all very much for any help you can provide.
