There are a couple of breeders in Maryland, Stormy Winns and Apex are both located there. I haven't dealt with either of these breeders before so would be best if you joined some of the Cane Corso forums and inquire of people there that might have purchased dogs from any breeders in Maryland. I would also encourage you to no limit yourself to one state, most breeders will ship puppies. They are a magestic and amazing breed but aren't for the faint of heart. Be sure to do your research and get out there and visit some kennels and shows and talk to breeders about their lines. I also agree with Ken if you are set on a puppy or aren't planning to show/breed then there are lots of really sweet corsi in rescue looking for homes. What every you decide good luck with your search and don't hesitate to ask any questions no matter how silly they might seem.
