There always seems to be a shortage of good people to work with. Why don't you start a club? Find a trainer who participates in sports and tell them what you are thinking. Also, the trianer can benefit by selling private lessons to the members of the club. You can elect officers and determine what the annual membership fees should be. Teh fees could go to purchase equipment and as an annual payment to the trainer for his services.
