Here's my experience with Thad at Prodog:
A trainer, Bryan Castleberry, represented himself to me as a Prodog employee and trained my shepherd for a couple months. Bryan really messed the dog up. He also stole $350.00 from me, and now refuses to answer his phone.
I called Thad and explained what happened. Since Bryan had represented himself as a Prodog employee, Thad agreed to continue training and "fix" the dog, free of charge, and has been so for the past 8 months.
Thad has been nothing but decent and professional with his training of our dog. I would recommend him and feel comfortable with his training ability.
Bryan Castleberry on the other hand is a thief.
