Posted by Ron Ackerman Crosspost from http://appdak9.com/talk/ The dates for the final APPDA Mock trial/Decoy cert will be the 2-4 of November in Augusta, Ga. We will be at Liberty Park again. We will hold a Decoy Cert on Friday for anyone that is interested. We will start with a short Seminar in the morning and hold the Cert in the Afternoon. This is the final planning meeting before the official launch of APPDA. We will be working on Patrol stuff and also touch up some protection stuff. As before this will more geared toward a planning meeting and training sessions then an all out bring your dog and have it worked session. We will invite the dogs that we KNOW will do the work so as to give our BOD and Judges a chance to get the "bugs" out of the scoring system. All Dogs will be invited by PM or Email by one of the BOD member. If you attended the last meeting then you have an open invite back. Bring your dogs and lets have some fun. This is not meant to be offensive towards anybody, but more to offer us a look at what it will look like when it is done. We look forward to seeing everyone again in Augusta. All that are interested in becoming an APPDA decoy please PM me before hand or Email me at matt@qualityk9concepts.com You must have your own suit or be able to borrow a suit the day of the cert. One will not be provided for you. If you make the cut you will be asked to help out on the mock trial and we can not have decoys changing out suits after each dog.
