When you say he is "too big" - too big for what?? If you're implying that he is too big for certain venues that require great stamina and endurance such as hunting - you are absolutely correct!!...but he is NOT too big for guarding Property, livestock or personal protection; he is NOT too big for working venues that great require strength and power (e.g, weightpulling). A potential owner should understand his needs and he should seek out breeders or bloodlines that will meet his requirements. ciao...Warren

The aforementioned specimen was bred in Italy from Traditional bloodlines. This specimen would be disqualified from both the Italian and American showrings for being oversize (with scissorsbite) and having yellow eyes, respectively!!...
