Posted by Amber I know in my research of Epi... the dogs in the UK came from some old Cerberus outcross lines. What they were outcrossed with, I do not know. Very possibly old stock, related to the corini stock. It could also be possible that the epi is carried in several different lines. It's hard to say. This would not be the first dog from Heredom I have heard of to come down with epi, or some other genetic ailment. In fact, I don't believe Heredom is breeding any longer. It would also not be the first dog from Fabio that I have found in my research to have neurological issues.

The whole bottom half of Diablo's ped is similar lines to the rustic dogs. It would not surprise me in the least if the ped is in fact correct.
