Had mine done at Staples in London and was not impressed - One side is off a little so went back after they were done and actually arguesd with them - but still insisted that they were the best that he could do - - to this day - he's 10 months now there is still a noticable difference between the two ears ... like Patricia say's though - you get use to it but would never go back ....- just my opinion..
